Manage a Social Media Page
Having a social media page was something I knew I wanted to do for a while. Even though I didn’t propose this bubble, I had been feeling called to start a page for a while. Even though I wasn’t given a specific number of posts to complete, I set a goal to include a mix of fun posts to engage others and grow my audience, along with posts with deeper meaning and short devotionals in the caption.
However, as I began working on this bubble, I felt a little lost. I saved so many reels and posts over the summer because I was excited to start posting, but over time, it became overwhelming.
But one of my favorite posts I’ve done was about looking back on my years playing soccer. This post really challenged me, but I felt so much relief after sharing it. I was able to look back on my years and see how much I’ve changed and grown. I was able to look back and see all the good God was doing behind the struggle and hard times. I was able to truly thank God for all that He did and is doing. Because of that, I now feel called to continue sharing more about what I’ve experienced and learned because I’ve realized that everything that happens in our lives is to prosper us, not harm us. Our experiences and testimonies can show people that they aren’t alone in what they’re feeling, going through, or experiencing, and even in their relationships. I feel called to make sure I can do everything I can to let everyone feel seen and loved, not just by me but always by God, our Father.

This bubble has stretched me in so many ways, but I am so grateful for it. Having this as a bubble pushed and encouraged me to post and start the page. Not just for me to accomplish and finish it for the project, but for me to force myself to get over the insecurities and lies that I was still holding on to. I want to continue posting and creating more content to reach others and be a visible representation of Him, so that others can feel His light and love through me. I don’t know exactly how God will work through me to reach others, but I am certain that using social media will play a role, given its significant impact on people, and I believe this is a skill God has graciously gifted me. It is not a skill I feel very knowledgeable about, but I’ve been going to Him for guidance, and I just remember that what matters is bringing glory to Him alone, not myself.
